the original feed doesn't appear to be encoding the <content> section and wordpress is taking the content handed to it as text, and entifying it.
That would be my initial guess based on the screenshot.

Under settings / writing settings make sure WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML automatically isn't checked.
I know that in 2.5x there was an xmlrpc exploit that was not fixed in 2.6x versions. They may have fixed it in the 2.7x versions and caused this problem. I'm hating WP more and more each day |
