"You need to upgrade your Flash Player. CLICK HERE"

No way jose. I'm not turning on jscript to activate flash unless you give me a good reason. Too much evil shit uses jscript and it slows down my computer.

IOW, put up some shit that doesnt require jsript on top of your page first. I use ars <iframe> ads and locally hosted php banner rotations.
