Link-O-Rama submission problem

I tried to submit my first freesite to the Link-O-Rama using the url http://www.link-o-rama.com/greenguy/email.shtml and the system timed out when attempting to post to http://www.link-o-rama.com/cgi-bin/l...in1/submit.cgi

I am using IE 7.0 and ssl 2.0 and tls 1.0 are enabled.
