Good Friday to you!
I decided to get off my butt and on the treadmill yesterday, after a two day break. Since I find the treadmill boring, I popped in the ending for Live free and Die Hard (or whatever it is called) and worked out for 45 minutes. Today I'm sore from the neck down, lol. Just need to walk again today and stretch out. Other than that, submits and poser obsession planned. Have a good day all!
