I am just about in the same boat. I saw a slight increase last month, but still down from my best. I hope the slight increase keeps up next month.

Now, I'll admit that I haven't seen the big drops that most have been experiencing, but May was an all new single month sales record for me and by more than 10% over my prior best month.
