Good morning world

Taking it easy here this morning so far. I think I food poisoned myself last night. Not sure what got me but it was a long rough night of bowl hugging here, so today I'm moving slowly and not feeling up to doing much yet. Plans are for the couch and draining the dvr for awhile until I feel better later on (hoping so anyway).

Wishing everyone a much better day than I'm currently enjoying.

Get yourself some Gatorade or smart water if you can, both have electrolytes. Sometimes, what is making you feel the worst after that is having your electrolytes all screwed up because of dehydration.
