Thank you for unbanning my account and responding in this thread. I did change the linking codes on the sites in question, so now I will need to change them back.

I think I allowed plenty of time to get this resolved before I posted publically. I went over the $100 min on 5-6-09, and after doing an inquiry I only rec'd a one sentence email saying I was banned for fraud. When I tried to get additional info, I got nothing.

I am not one to flame or participate in board drama...I'm usually here asking questions about technical stuff...but I take the word "fraud" very seriously as I am trying to grow my business and reputation, and i wanted to share what had happened with other webmasters.

I appreciate your getting this resolved.
