Looking to be another day of storms, heat and humidity. It was very surreal getting sudden hurricane like weather yesterday afternoon without any warning at all.

Going to be out shopping for a new bird feeder to replace the one destroyed in the storm yesterday. I'm not really sure what happened to it but after the storm passed there was bit and pieces of it all over my backyard.

Other than bird feeder shopping just another boring day of slaving to the computer planned.

We had really bad weather last night, kids kept waking up from all the noise.

Son is with his friends at some lake in the neighbourhood, daugther is still at school and me .....well just doing my thing on the net and off the net.

Good morning world

Big rainstorm here this morning, plenty of lightning and thunder. Knocked out the power and cable for awhile but that's all working now. From what my weather widget shows, it looks like a lot more rain is on the way today. No plans to go anywhere today so the rain will be nice (unless the wind picks up and starts hurling pieces of broken bird feeders at me).

Bad new is that after 10 days of no pain at all, the abdominal pains returned around 8am this morning. Took a pain pill about half an hour later and I feel it starting to work now. I'm hoping to stay ahead of the pain curve this time and never let it get above maybe a 4 or 5 on the 1-10 scale so I can keep working today.

Fonz - hope the AC/DC show actually happened and was a good one.

That was something I did too, it just felt like something to try. Actually I added more fruits and veggies to my diet and I'm drinking lots of lemonade and cranapple juice too. But eventually I went back to drinking coffee in the mornings as usual 'cause I wasn't as awake as I wanted to be and the lack of caffeine was giving me headaches, which isn't how I wanted to start the day.

Wishing everyone a day where the end of your pain is just a pill away (unless of course you like pain and would prefer a pill that enhances it).

I have a few offline things to do today including seeing my lawyer and even a court date.

Besides that, just a normal work day.

ugh, what a month seems like I'm never going to get back to a normal schedule

Got to go on the year end field trips, one was to Toronto Zoo and one to Niagara Falls, I think we'll do the zoo again this summer that was great. The TO zoo is the 3rd biggest in the world apparently and the only one with the exhibits arranged by natural habitat. If you ever get a day or 2 in Toronto I'd highly recommend it!

Tonight is my firstborn's grade 8 grad...wow, I still remember mine! Time flies doesn't it. I'll probably cry seeing him in a suit

anyway, hope you're all having a good time!

Good Morning. Gonna break 30 today (around 90 degrees) and be like this all week they say and the weekend.

Up early today been working away. Got some yard work to do to get ready for a party/bbq this Sunday. Basketball tonight and I'm golfing tomorrow, should be a good week. Now all I need is more sales and some of that google traffic to come back.

I'm still in a bit of discomfort as well. Trying to decide if I want to spend even more money on deductibles plus all the unpleasantries of being poked and prodded. Heating pad seems to be doing wonders so probably going to see how I feel tomorrow before making any decisions.

I think maybe I should make some espresso as I'm sitting here for the second day in a big T-shirt with no motivation to get dressed and go buy a bird feeder or get anything else done.

Morning. Was up late working and now just getting a start to my day. Got the coffee and trying to move some things forward. Thought I'd be much further along this week with projects. Oh well. At least I do see progress so that's a good thing.

This afternoon going to take a little break and go eat some food at the fair with a friend before getting back to the house and working through the night.
