Good morning peoples

Apparently, the 1200 calorie diet my Dr put me on is for a diabetic female, so I'm hoping that the paperwork comes in today as to what diet I should be on, even though I'm down 5 pounds

Work today - not sure what kind, but it will be dull & boring.

I thought that sounded rather low when you posted it the other day. 1500-1600 calories a day is what I've seen recommended for men.
