Good afternoon all

its 3:59 and abouT C25 here and at nights the temps are around C9|shocking|!
From this week i wont show up on a monday, mondays SUCK HUGE! I nagged about that before and still i try on a monday to do stuff, but hell teusday this week sucked huge too, well it sucks when you kids are still home for school holiday, damn my daughter has 8 and a half weeks, thats way to long, we are constantly figthing (daughter and me)

. I vote for a nice 2 weeks summer holiday

, other then that i had a puter which shutted down all the time because of the heat, got it fixed now.
Today is a better day and i am in a good mood, oke i slept in, but nothing went wrong today (stu<-- crosses her fingers to keep it that way).

Morning all.

A bit sore and stiff today after I went up and down a three step ladder arranging my office, then suddenly decided it was a one step ladder and went straight down on my right leg and side from about 3 1/2'. As I posted on FB, it is times like this I'm glad I have big strong bones.

I've slept well for three nights in a row, and that is a record for me, it seems exercising daily is the answer for not waking up in the middle of the night for hours.

Just work and working out planned for today, same old same old.

Sad about Ted Kennedy. RIP.
