Is there a way to switch the currency to USD so I'll have a better idea how many hundredths of a penny I've earned? Euros mean nothing to me. It may as well be rubles.

For now is an easy calculation: Euro 1 = UDS$ 1,50
So if you've made X Euros..just add 50% and you have US$
