They do hold 2 weeks and they send it via direct deposit, so you have to send over the form & a cancelled check.

It is a confusing mess, no doubt. I thought I had to request payment because their site states that you do, but they paid me via Paypal without me requesting it. But after the first payment, the conversion ratio went to hell on me, so I pulled their banners from my busier spots.

Is this still true? I have a couple hundred in signups sitting in my account. Last week I emailed AM asking how affiliates get paid (I don't see anything on the site indicating a payout schedule.) I have yet to receive any reply.
