What's the scoop on Verotel?

Jeez this thread just about gave me a heart attack.
I've been useing verotel since Globil bit the big one.
They did notify all the merchants a couple months ago about useing company name on invoices and registering with the Chamber of Commerace said they would contact merchants that needed to change. They never contacted me, of course my site isn't bringing in $1000 a week yet either.
I used there merchant support today and it took them most of the day to get the problem fixed but other than that I have no complaints get my weekly check like clock work
