You may be right, Linkster, I don't have any reply on my question so far either.
I did look for hosted free sites in the promo tools before I posted my question on their board though, and did find them available in that section for maybe 12 or 15 of their paysites. I saw they were all hosted on massivefreesites.com then I looked at their board and saw that PR_Brian had replied to a problem about hosted galleries on 12/29. So I figured I'd try asking there and see what happens. Now that I look again, it did take Brian 12 days to respond to the hosted galleries problems post.

Simon - those hosted free sites you see available were not there yesterday - and trying them today they are all dead.
Yesterday when I first tried them the domain itself was going to a parking page. Maybe they got one of my emails or saw this thread and are trying to resurrect it although its possible the DNS hasnt finished propagating |

Also noted that the hosted free sites that reappeared today are not the ones I was missing anyway LOL - the bangamidget and wankmywood are the two sites where I had a lot of hfs's listed - but I guess since they arent even answering their icqs either they will just have to get pulled
