Well getting back to semi normal

Russell's surgery (he is my mainstream senior partner) went well

Monday when they were doing the heart cath the found blockage in his main artery feeding the heart (what the call the widomaker artery) and so the decision was made to open him up and do a bypass while doing the valve replacement (as apposed to doing minimally invasive surgery)

He had that Tuesday, and it turns out it wasn't normal blockage on the artery but the fact the artery was twisted (sort of like a kink in a water hose...so this is a good thing)

So now he has two conduits the now untwisted artery (still partially blocked) and the vein the grafted on, and also he now has a new cow valve...lol

His recovery is going good and he is out of icu and walking a bit

I still may head up there to VA after the weekend after his ex Martha returns home to FL (who's chow I'm babysitting)
