What to do about spam ?

I use MailWasher - it's free for single email addy usage and it has saved me at least an hour a day dealing with spam. It has a blacklist and a FriendsList and lets you review if you wish all the incoming mails. It is also plugged into SpamCop and ORDB databases. I don't completely love these "services" but when I get 300+ emails addressed to DrSmut every day trying to sell me viagra I had to do something. You can set it up so that once you blacklist/bounce an email addy or domain it will auto-bounce them forever so you don't even see the crapola.
