It depends, but for the most part, I decline them.
Sick of reviewing them, sick of the template sites, etc....

I also promote most of the sponsors, build my own sites, and list those. I don't need duplicate content.

Best bet to get this content listed is to find an unusual niche. Like "panties" I have a category on Marks for this, but not too many submits to it ever. So for the sake of filling up the category, you'll more than likely get listed. Provided of course the site follows every basic free site rule.

Years ago, I could tell when Adult Legal put out a New $99 Special. I saw that content for months. Now they have content like this and some even cheaper. 500+ pics for a hundred bucks, I still say go buy some content.
Even at $25 a sign up, that's only 4 sales to pay for the content.
How many sales have you Missed because of using Free Content?
