Sure, South Korea appears on the government's special 301 watch list of IP offenders around the world, but nary a word about the country's citizens being "heavy uploaders" of copyrighted adult material.

A group of 50 U.S. and Japanese adult entertainment studios are taking measures into their own hands, so to speak, filing a massive lawsuit against 10,000 South Korean individuals for uploading and 80 South Korean websites for "abetting or neglecting to supervise such illicit distribution."


The country has taken steps recently to rectify this problem, blocking foreign porn sites, but the adult content industry is not satisfied.
