Question about sites, blacklists and reviews.

If you have questions about sites not listed, questions about blacklist problems ask them HERE!

I am getting lots of PMs about sites not listed and other problems, and I dont want to waste time answering each one individually...

Answering the questions here means that we only have to answer them once and others can see the explanations so they dont make the same mistakes.
