Good morning. No strippers here today.

Just the same old plus cards (eurchre) and a cup of tea after dinner. I've decided that I need to give up alcohol for the remainder of my diet. It's not just the drink or two -- I can fit that into my meal plan -- but, when I'm a little drunk, I let my guard down and eat more than I should. "Salad and torture" as a good friend tells me.
