Clear Channel pulled him from the 6 stations they had him on - there were no fines, Clear Channel just proved they had no balls & did it to make the FFC & Congress happy because they were going before the comittee the day after they pulled him.

What really scares me about all this is how the govt is able to simply suggest that they will fine companies like Clear Channel and CC caves in and gives them what they want because the fines would be so high. In the end the FCC gets someone else to do their dirty work (without actually assessing fines) and they are able to say that they are not infringing on anyones rights, because CC was making a business decision. It is all bullshit!
