Anyone getting listed at Hoes.com lately?

I plan to randomize them myself periodically. And then announce on the submit page to grab the new ones. I won't do it that often as I don't want to make this a pain in the ass. But monthly would make sense.

But webmasters can use whatever they wish for the recip. I suppose that's the new policy! As long as you still link to the matching niche category, you can make the text anything you wish.
