I used to have in my submition email "I'll get to the reviews when I damn well feel like it".
That too, will eliminate quite a few emails. Especially if you have a backlog to work through. I have a 1 submit per day limit - but with all the registrar fuck ups, I've actually taken that off for a couple of more weeks.
