Good Morning Peoples

Sorry I've been a bit scarce on here lately. My new sleep med (Lunesta) has me a bit loopy until my body gets used to it. I was exhausted all day yesterday & the day before, but I cut it back to 1/2 a pill & today I feel somewhat normal & awake

After some offline running around, I'll be here until the UFC fights tonight for free on Spike

Up at 5:30 to get ready to go kayaking this morning.

Other than paddling my ass around in a little plastic boat in the waterways this morning just going to try to get some work done before going on an ArtWalk with a Meetup group this evening.

Just had lunch which consisted of leftovers from last night's dinner.
In half an hour I'm off to my weekly soccer game. I wwonder what part(s) of my body will hurt this time.

Good Morning

Back is still out but pain has come down a bit. I am actually sitting at my desk which is nice so I need to close out mid month sponsors before I need to lay down in bed again. Then its a combo of tv and doing a little work.

Morning. Long ass day yesterday. Went to la for some shit and then back again. Ugh. Felt so good to just crash out. Now I'm trying to decide if i want to go to the beach or just continue to just sit in bed and watch the final season of the wire on hbogo.

I might get the boxing fight tonight. Other than that I'm going to relax until NFL tomorrow. Might see a movie once the lady is back.

It's nice to have a lazy Saturday.

It was a cold morning, but is the perfect temperature now. Been getting a lot done today which is good because I suspect the football game and a few beers will slow me down tomorrow afternoon.
