Beautiful pic
![]() Work, errands, the gym and more work is today's agenda. Despite leg pain I'm still forcing myself to walk over a mile each day. Leg actually feels a lot better today which is good seeing as I pissed off my surgeon's partner by not agreeing to sit in a hospital room for three days waiting for my Coumadin levels to fall and now he is refusing to see me so I have to wait for my surgeon to return next week. Maybe it will magically just get better on its own and I can tell all of the doctors to fuck off. |

Good morning. The temp has dropped here. First night I can remember that was a little chilly. So strange to actually really need the comforter on me. Past couple months it's only been because whem I've had the little AC unit on and blasting.
I'm so ready for the weekend. I'll most likely work a little. Some how though working on the weedekend though just isn't so high intensity. Not pressuring myself as much. Last night went over to a friends house. She moved downtown into a building a friend just moved out of. When I checked in on foursquare it was funny that the friend that had just moved out asked me if I was really there or if I was joking. ![]() Anyway, time to start pounding some coffee as I ended up staying up late. Got the Jobs biography yesterday and was reading it. Have a good one. |

Good morning, it finally feels like fall in Las Vegas today...there's a nice crispness to the air that's been missing most of this month.

Afternoon all
![]() I spent most of my day at my buddy's house as his brother (also my friend) is dying from liver failure - 42 years old, drank most of his life & now he's gonna die because of it. Makes me really sad. Other than that lovely thought, it's work for me... |

Breville juicer. We do it like you do and make batches. Generally make around 64 ozs or so. So sunday made some and I just finished it tonight. Hopefully will go get supplies and be able to maybe make some more tomorrow. If not it will happen on Sunday. Just don't want to make too much and then have it go to waste.

We have been thinking of getting a masticating juicer for leafy greens to mix with juice from our Breville juicer. |
