Anyone have a contact for Sunwave/ProTGP

Are you having issues with them??

I have someone working for me that can't see a portion of my sites or ftp to my server. His internet provider said that sunwave has him blocked. He has been trying for almost a week to contact them with no response. I find it hard to believe that its them since he can access 75% of the sites

I did get in contact with them about 6 weeks ago to increase my storage capacity without any issues but this has me a bit worried.
