After getting fucked from an annual renewal clause hidden in a Jupiter Hosting contract and paying for 11 months of hosting I didn't want, I analyzed every bit of their contract (and followed the instructions for cancelling my account to a T) just to make sure I wasn't going to get billed again.

My often lacking brain overlooked the most simple thing, but customer support should still reply to emails.
