Paxum is a piece of SHIT
I've had it up to my ass with this stupid fucking company. I've been trying for a week to make it so I can load the account with my credit card in order to pay out affiliates and for the 3rd time now they've rejected my document. Now they say "higher quality scan/photograph of your document".
What? I need a $1000 scanner to scan the fucking thing now? As you can tell from this rant I am REALLY getting pissed off. It's fucking me, it's my fucking card! -I uploaded a scan of my drivers license -I uploaded a scan of my passporte and a scan -I uploaded a scan of the fucking credit card front and back -I've uploaded a scan of the sign document (the issue) showing the signature in BLUE INK like you ask and now a-fucking-gain I have an issue. If anyone from Paxum is reading this tell someone at your company to WAKE THE FUCK UP!!!!!! |

I'm sorry you're experiencing difficulties getting your credit card verified to your account. I'd be happy to look into the issue for you. Do you already have an open ticket in our system regarding this matter? If you don't, please open one now. Once you have a ticket open, please contact me and let me know your Paxum account email address and the ticket number and I'll look into this for you. Thanks Ruth. I'll check out the ticket when I get home later and forward it to you. I've uploaded the form a 4th time so hopefully this time the scan is good enough.

REJECTED AGAIN for the 4th time
"We kindly ask you to submit a photo of the Card Authorization Form, making sure that all the margins of the document are clearly visible. Please make sure that the document is centered and the margins of the document do not touch the margins of the scan or photograph." I guess they don't like my scanner and now I have to take a photograph of it and send it? WOW. The best part is the form is home in Ottawa and I am at work all week in Montreal so now I'll have to wait and do it Saturday, 4 fucking days from now And this after the last scan I sent I was sure to "making sure that all the margins of the document are clearly visible" I guess I'll have my wife take a picture of it tonight and she can email it to me then I can download it and then I can upload it AGAIN to Paxum. Wow this is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much fun. |

Good luck Ramster! I have had issues with submitting documents to Paxum so I feel you. Gratefully, Ruth sorted me out. Hope she does with you as well.

Well you know boys, a nuclear reactor is a lot like women. You just have to read the manual and press the right button

Haha, I had this same problem and it frustrated me to no end. How many super high quality scans of each document do they really need? (Maybe it's some kind of future ID theft idea they have going if adult fails)
I uploaded my passport, and license in high quality, like they asked. They wanted them both again because they weren't clear enough. Then they wanted my photo again holding my ID, then they wanted that again because THAT wasn't clear enough, apparently one tiny corner of my passport was missing (which had nothing written there) because they wanted the borders like you said Ramster. This was with my most expensive still camera on its highest resolution setting. I wasn't sending them compressed, difficult to read images. After I had my partner (instead of my tripod) take the photo, whilst I was holding up all of my documentation with a silly grin instead of the "photo face" like those on my documents, Paxum finally accepted it. I also attached a small note to the message saying how I thought the procedure was a little excessive, but it worked, eventually. It seems they really don't make it easy to verify an account.

I thought about getting a Paxum account, but there's absolutely no way in hell I'd put up with all that nonsense. I don't really *need* an account, so there's no incentive for me to jump through the ridiculous hoops I see in this thread and many others on other boards.
I'm sure there are a lot of people who don't even bother applying for this same reason (as I've seen others say), and that many potential users abandon the application process when they get tired of the repeated failures. Maybe one day they'll figure out how to make signing up a lot easier. In the meantime they're just throwing away business that could be theirs. </my_opinion> .

I can't believe the problems that Ramster and others are having.
I keep a high rez scan of my driver's license on my hard drive and have never had any issues getting accepted. Personally I've had zero issues with Paxum. |

Maybe they have blind person that takes care of ID identification
These days you can counterfeit everything and no HD scans will help nor any other super pictures of documents, soon they ask you to SKYPE with them for few minutes while reading your bio for them, showing your hidden tattoos and your birth certificate. |

I've given up. Registering wasn't an issue or was confirming my identity. That worked first time.
The issue is having it allow me to use my credit card load my paxum account, that's it. I sent in a copy of my drivers license and passport again (old ones expired) and there was no issue with them. I sent in a scan of my credit card fonrt and back, no issue. But their damn paperwork showing my signature keeps getting rejected. Does THIS look hard to read? Can you NOT see my name and signature clearly? (I blurred out the card and my address obviously to show you the form) |

Looks very clear here. Thou I will say I had to do a triple take when I looked at it. Not because it was blurry because something looked very familiar.

I do apologize for not getting back to you about this sooner. I was out of town at the XBiz Miami show and unfortunately during the show I lost access to my computer. Since returning I have followed up with support and confirmed that your credit card documentation has been verified in our system. You are simply one step away from verification of your credit card. Here is what you need to do to complete the process: - Login to your Paxum Account - Visit Profile Settings>>>Credit Cards>>>Click on CONFIRM NOW - After you click Confirm, the verification amount will be deducted. - Check your credit card statement for the amount (in USD) - Enter that amount in Profile Settings>>>Credit Cards>>>Click on CONFIRM NOW>>> Insert Verification Amount in the box That should then confirm your credit card into our system. Please contact me if you have any difficulties or if you have any additional questions. Thanks for working with us to resolve this issue. Best, Ruth |

And also please place your penis underside up (so you must stand upside down) with your LEFT handprint on the scanner and scan in hi-res. If you are cut then they will also a witness statement as well from your mother or whomever.

So I did that and got:
"Card Verification Debit Amount Under Review Your card verification request has been sent for manual review by one of our operators. Please do not attempt to resubmit the request until a decision is made, because your transaction may be duplicated." MANUAL REVIEW? Can't you guys make anything easy? I guess I'll wait again for someone to get back to me. |
