 It's been raining here in Toronto for two days and will continue for two more. No outdoor work but I might clean out our basement and get stuff ready for a garage sale. Maybe I might have a nap later. Have a great day!  |

Running on too little sleep here after doing a little bit of clubbing last night.
(actually we just walked around Wilton Manors going from bar to bar trying to find some decent music to dance to and finally gave up and went home.) A rather boring day of doing the gym, running a few errands, making carrot crackers and cleaning house planned for today. Also need to get all the kayaking stuff together for Kayaking at Oleta River State Park tomorrow morning. Guess it's time to get out of bed... |

She definitely has Stevens-Johnson Syndrome and is considered to be burned over 90% of her body. The good news is she has specialist who is an immunologist who has treated many cases of this and is confident she will recover. She has a team of 5 doctors and 2 full-time nurses looking over her, and the hospital she is at has one of the best burn units in the country. (which is really odd, considering it is in inner-city Flint.Needless to say I'm having a hard time working and sleeping worrying about her. Went out and shoveled 500# of organic compost to get my mind off it this morning. But now I'm trying to work and my concentration is shit. That is my morning. Everyone take care, and tell your loved ones how much you love them, you never know what will happen to you or them.

Rode down to the turnaround point for the Olympic distance Triathlon in West Palm Beach, FL and took some photos. Then, rode down to mile marker 40 or so, and took pictures of the 1/2 Ironman Triathlon riders coming back. Burned through four batteries taking photos. Motivation Man Triathlon
Hope everyone had a good Saturday and has a good weekend.
