How do you check google backlinks?

I found this searching in Google:
http://www.searchbliss.com/seo-tools...-backlinks.asp

According to them, it's still:
link:www.link-o-rama.com (125 backlinks)
I don't know where I heard/read it & I have no idea if it's still true, but I think that Google only lists backlinks on sites that have PR2/3+

It also shows you how to do it in:
Yahoo - http//:www.link-o-rama.com -site:www.link-o-rama.com (9,010 backlinks)
Bing - link-o-rama.com -site:link-o-rama.com (3,110 backlinks)

It probably isn't about PR as I see a couple of my free sites there
