I did forget to mention one thing about this page - I guess it's a Tip & Trick

When I was building it, I set the table to 990px wide, but I set the cells to %'s (100% for the cells with banners, 33% - 34% - 33% for the rows that have 3 cells) Once I had the page complete, I uploaded it & verified that it looked correct for 1024px monitors. I then simply changed the table width from 990px to 100% & BINGO! It looks pretty good at any width from 1024px on up
