Just ended another R&R from Afghanisfuckinstan and thought I would drop by the board and see what's going on.
Was talking with Nymph about tube sites and wondering how they are making money giving away so much free porn. Are they making it on live sex show sites? Dating sites? Sponsors? Tubes have to be making $$$'s somewhere, but where? Being in a Muslim country all porn is blocked so I haven't been able to keep my finger on the pulse of the porn industry but the big porn producers can't produce content without selling it to someone. Who is buying all that content that tubes are giving away? |

With as much bandwidth the big tubes use, They have to be making money off the ads. They get paid every time somebody clicks on a link or get a popup. Some are making PPV sites, cam sites, and dating sites.
Good thing is with DMCA and companies like takedown piracy, It is making it more difficult for people to find newer free movies. If people don't want to waste alot of time looking for a particular movie title or want a better quality video, Hopefully they will land on one of our sites. |

And other paysites ...yes look around, paysite owners buy ads too all over the tubes and not just Brazzers other companies do too... because they make money. Here is a quote from a guy on GFY: "There is a mainstream ad network that ran the first penis pill ad on pornhub.com. One ad, in a rotation of other ads. My friend there, told me it did $25,000.00 a day in sales. It threw their office into a panic because there was going to be some very big affiliate payments needing to be made before they got compensated so they had to float a lot of cash. Thats one ad, one ad spot, in a rotation of ads, on a single page on a single site. Start extrapolating that across all ad positions, total ads in rotation, all pages and multiple sites that totally dominate in search engines and you get a pretty clear picture of where their success comes from. I saw other peoples sales stats from youporn.com back when they only allowed a few insiders to submit videos with banners under them and it was un-fucking-real how much traffic and sales were being generated."
