Pencil and paper to do lists here as well. Thou I prefer 7x5 mead notebook (the ones with the long wire ring down the side) and sticky notes for quick to do's that I stick to the notebook. It fits nicely right next to the computer for quick notes.

Just work today until chiropractor and massage later today. The neck is much better but a nice snap, crackle, pop after being worked on by my favorite masseuse should make things even better
