Recommendations for a cheap USB hard drive

I bought an 3 TB external HD for my TiVo but it was not comparable, so I put it back in the box & it's just been sitting here. I paid $149.99 for it back in Sept, so if anyone wants it for the same price, I'll pay to ship/mail it to you
