An update on the Paxum situation in case anyone is interested, I sent a message to the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada (FCAC) - since they have a mailing address in Canada. I've also noticed they use an American court and are based in Belize, but it was the first avenue I tried.
One day after making this complaint - I get an email saying they have sorted out the issue with their processor and (again) said that they have sent my money. Let's see if I actually get it this time. Totally over Paxum, it shouldn't be so difficult to get money that is owed to you, especially when you're paying them so generously for their services.
