Good morning world

Took most of yesterday off to spend some time catching up with an ex-neighbor. Saw the new place, sat out on the screened porch and enjoyed some relaxation enhancement products. Was almost (but not quite) impaired on my drive home, so I took some of the gravel back roads that cross the island so I didn't have to interact with traffic.

I re-watched the prequel story Hannibal Rising this week, and for some reason a line from it stuck in my memory. Something the headmaster of the school says to the young Hannibal:

"You don't respect the human pecking order; you're always hurting the bullies."

Thinking about it, I guess it's because I'm a proponent of hurting the bullies.
