Anyone had any success getting paid from affiliate programs when below the min. threshold?

I've been trying for years......

Here are my current stats.
104 different programs that owe me money, which are all under the minimum. ($4432.33)

29 programs I have collected money from, under the minimum ($2757.00)

27 scumbag programs that I contacted asking for the money, who never paid and have since closed. $1695.00)


While going through 100's and 100's of these affiliate programs I had joined over the past 17 years, I also came across minimums that were set too high, some tax forms that were not submitted and some that still had Epassporte selected and couldn't be paid. I collected around $3,000 from them after making changes myself.
