Good Monday Homebody's & Continental Travelers!
 Well, my new routine seems to be that I'm awake & alert for about 2 hours, then I need to lay down & sleep for a couple, then repeat. I'm going more  than usual  I'm also a little  that my insurance company hasn't gotten back to me if they're going to let me try the new sleep apnea med I was given a script for on Tuesday!! I want my legal speed!!  Well, I might as well try to get something done before I run out of gas... This has been you (somewhat) daily update on my sleep habits  Quote:
