Everything went really well. He was amazed at how much better the house looked after the garage sale & months of The Bitch cleaning & painting (I hate each lol) She got emotional early on, but it didn't hit me until I saw the sign on the front lawn, then I blubbered like a small child for a couple minutes.....

Oh well. I'm ok now - and we both know it's all for the better
