Good Morning
 Looks like I'm a go on a flip house. Verbal agreements last night on adjusted price so those should be signed this morning. Going to drive so I will have a car there. Not sure how long I'll be there and it's cheaper than last minute flight bookings in and out. Got a week to get a whole bunch of things done before I take off so I better get to it. Enjoy your day! |
