Saturday September 30th (aka Fantasy Hockey Draft Day)

Good Morning

Doing some work since the wife will be at the stylist getting her hair cut real short before it just starts falling out plus her port will go in right before we squeeze one last trip in and can't shower for a few days afterwards.

After this we are heading to D-land for a last visit before this all starts as we are not sure how she will handle the chemo.

Since getting back home I've been behind the every day which feels good. Even thou I was staying at a friends with a home studio, I rarely got behind his digital kit as I'd be wiped out from the other work.

On an interesting note, while I was there I met an original member from Prince's first touring group. She recorded 11 songs at my friends with just her and an acoustic guitar. Solid musician with a sweet voice nailing 9 songs on the first take. Funny part is I remember her performing on American Bandstand with Prince back in 1980.

Today, I shall be working on the camper because I have less than a week before it becomes my home. I'm starting off late today because I left all of my power tools out in the open, not realizing it was going to rain this morning. Fret not, this is the first time they've taken a shower.
