You can tweet the galleries to the pornstars, a lot of times they retweet, especially if you add some pics to the tweet.

Follow other people to get followers.

Twitter isn't a big thing for me though, but it's fast and easy and once every blue moon I actually make some good money/get som real traffic from it

Use #hashtags for keywords or tags you want to attract people with.
Try and personalize tweets. #Engagement is where its at as well. Like people's tweets, make comments.

Don't forget to hashtag your domains. If you sign them up for Alexa or semrush or something you'll also see the search words that brought people to your sites.
Try #fetish #boots #domain name - People who use things like Crowdfire will find you.
