Glad to hear you got a new broker. Maybe he will be able to sort out why it's not moving. In my real estate selling we did have an offer but way to low so crossing fingers that someone out of the 10 showings this week makes a better one.

My wife had her second chemo treatment on Friday. Wasn't as bad as the first one but she still dealt with some issues. All we've done is sit around and binge on Stranger Things and baseball. Today she is feeling better or at least good enough to take a trip to D-land to meet up with our son and his girlfriend for a little walk and dinner.

Other than this I finally finished part 1 of a project. Of course part 2 relies on a little script on a computer I haven't opened in 8 months. Probably should of checked to see if that still worked correctly before spending all this time on part 1. Fingers crossed.
