Afternoon!

Had a blast this weekend with my step-grandson.
Went to a Queen-tribute show on Friday (and the 9year old liked it too) and the rest of the weekend have been between Crazy Craft (a Minecraft Mod) and some Netflix'ing.
He also wanted to see A Nightmare before Christmas.
Good taste in this kid

Now for a short nap, then some work.

When I was buying, fixing and flipping have you tried dropping the price in line with what they want fixed or changed?
This is not about the road but about the 1st viewing. A nice tall hedge can fix the road issue.

We found that if we fixed or made allowances for the fixing/changing people would move forward.

I actually fucked up on that post about the 1st showing. I confused laminate with linoleum. The basement is linoleum. The entire 1st floor as well as our bedroom is laminate. But I've always just called it Pergo Flooring because that's who makes it & it's expensive as fuck!
