Just in case you missed my update on yesterday's "acute sacroiliac joint restrictions" problem, my chiro put me on the table that oscillates/stretches me & applied heat. Then I went into the cryo machine for 3 min of -140°F (-96°C) fun

My pain was significantly less when I got compared to when I went in. As the day went on, my back was tight, but hurt less & less. I woke up today with this new issue barely bothering me

Speaking of cold temps, we dropped 42° yesterday from 10:00 AM to midnight, going from 59°F (15°C) to 17°F (-8°C)

Of course, it started to rain around Noon & needless to say, it was very slippery when I ran out to pick up some pizza for dinner. As far as snow, we only got a couple inches.

I hate those roller coaster rides for weather. Ours is just nice and chilly - hovering just below freezing. The gorgeous ice covering on the trees has melted away but last week's snow is still on the ground.

I get the feeling Stormy Daniels is just the tip of the iceberg as far as his indiscretions are concerned.

Good Morning

Doing some biz stuff and then some house stuff later. Not getting to what I wanted to do because new posts I bought got wet in our last rain storm and waiting for them to out a bit. It's a catch 22, they were under the patio/shed area but the roof leaks. Can't get on top to put new roof until the bad posts are replaced.

I was gonna say that, while I won't capitalize on their physical deaths, I'm more than happy to capitalize on what had to be a very traumatic event
