That harbor is kinda dirty but the pier area and bars there are alright. Not what it once was but still decent. Our group meetings are real close to there and we would walk around the pier for a bit before them. That is until the neuropathy kicked in limiting her walking time. Plus you can get soft serve ice cream on the pier
