Wednesday February 7th (aka Don't Panic)

Hello

I'm still at work , today is the day that actually building control inspection needs to be done so I'm waiting for them to appear any time soon. Other than that I'll be doing completely nothing at home. My lovely half is still with her mother, trying to help her with her illness.( lately its gotten worse ) so Ill be blowing my candle alone.

Afternoon

Today's therapy session got intense and I'm suffering from headache and exhaustion as a result. I guess it was good, though...

Had our first practice yesterday, we just jammed around aimlessly.
Was fun!

Today will be work for 4-5 hours, then some guitar-practice.
Skipping AA tonight, had my share for one day
