I know Smart Thumbs won't do what you need it to do because I've been playing with it. It's major flaw is that you can't have daily galleries. It only works on a hall of fame basis.

There is also Mechbunny TGP Script. It's relatively. Not cheap (179 Euros but unlimited domains). I haven't looked at it in detail and don't know if it's regularly patched. It looks nice though.

I know 10 years ago I'd have just thrown money at a developer with my wishlist lol. But I'm in the middle of writing ElevatedX because I have the feeling their system could be modified to do what I want.
