Work for me today. I did fuck off at 5pm yesterday, which is still a full days work lol, to go to a friends for a few beers.

$500/day for a contractor that is family is TOTALLY fair. His worker is what, $15-20/hour? Even at 8 hours the contractor friend is getting $350/day (or more). Not standard contractor rip-you-off rates LOL but more than fair. Shit that's $50/hour on a 7 hour day and you said he's working more like 6 and under. Yes it's fair for friends.
