Did some updating this morning before I went to my shrink.
She told me she will quit her current job at new year. Everything must come to an end, but she's been a very important part of my recovery, so I'll slightly dread the day she's gone.

and I, maybe, had our longest walk this year, yesterday.
I'm completely worn out, so just the necessary walks today.
Now I need to continue working for a while before focusing on some music.
